There is a list of required documents upon application.
Some documents are mandatory at enrollment while a few documents can be submitted before the academic year begins.

All documents will be verified during the admission process and the originals will be returned after validation.
Documents of Parents
- Copies of Passport of both the parents (1st & last page)
- Copies of valid Qatar ID of both the parents
- Original Passport of both the parents
- Original QID of both the parents
- Two recent Passport Size Photographs of both the parents
Documents of Student
- Two recent Passport size photographs of the Student
- Copy of Valid Qatar ID of the Student
- Original Passport of the Student
- Original QID of the Student
- Copy of Passport of the Student
- Copy of birth Certificate of the Student (English Translation)
- Transfer / Leaving Certificates of the Student
- Health Card copy of the Student
- Immunization Card Copy of the Student
- Final Report Card from the previous school
- Character Certificate from the previous school
Kindly note that, your admission status solely depends on accurate and complete documents submitted and the approval of the Ministry of Education Qatar upon meeting adequate requirements for registration.
